Hi! I’m Lynette Sue-Ling Gremli
I’m a People & Organisational Development (OD) practitioner, consultant, and coach. I enable people to thrive during change by co-creating spaces of mindfulness, self-compassion, and psychological safety.
What conditions can leaders create for people to flourish in times of change?
This has been my guiding question since 2015, when I completed my MSc in Organisational Development with a Gestalt, systems, and complexity lens. It continues to shape the way I work with individuals, teams, and organisations.
I partner with organisations and leaders who want to:
Navigate change with clarity, empathy, and resilience
Foster cultures of psychological safety where learning, innovation, and curiosity can flourish
Integrate work and life in ways that sustain health and energy, not drain them
Grow leadership capacity through reflection, courage, and conscious action
Leadership & Executive Coaching
Strengthening leaders with courage, clarity, and reflection.

Personal

Personal *
I bring together:
Straits Chinese heritage, Swiss grounding, Commonwealth values
Global Career | 15+ years in international banking (Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong)
People & Leadership Development work at the University of Zurich | Cultural Lens | Former art historian with field research across East Asia
This path has taught me to observe deeply, ask the right questions, and appreciate the narratives woven into people and organisations — skills I now use to accompany change processes with both expertise and empathy.
Beyond my professional work, I am a mother and an active community builder (www.mamibrennt.com, Soulful Friday, local parent initiatives). I love music, enjoy food, and find grounding in nature.
For you, it might start with a conversation about the conditions in your organisation today — where you wish them to be, or what has brought you here.
If that’s a question you’re exploring, I’d love to hear your story.
